A New Approach to AVIMark Support

BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS ANALYST

As AVImark technology continues to improve, so does the user experience. But it can be challenging to keep up with the changes. That’s why NVA has established a team at AVImark Corporate Support (ACS) that is solely dedicated to assisting hospitals within our community.

The ACS technical support staff are available on business days and Saturday and can answer any questions or address any concerns as it pertains to the software. These issues might include:

  • Error messages
  • Slow loading or response times
  • Reminder integration
  • Questions regarding features
  • Information searches

NVA’s ACS team can be reached via phone or email:

And soon, you’ll be able to chat live an AVImark support team member right from your computer.

The ACS team should be your primary point of contact for AVImark issues and requests, however, if the subject of your concern is related to an NVA program or security setting, please continue to contact our HelpDesk. Issues that our HelpDesk can assist you with include:

  • PAW Plan Support
  • Dental Initiative Support
  • Accounting or Finance adjustments
  • AVImark Security Settings
