As NVA’s Director of Community & Culture Development, hospital and pet resort leaders often ask me about ways to support personal and professional growth. Much of that starts by strengthening self-confidence. Self-confidence impacts how we interact with others. When we see ourselves positively, we create better connections with our clients and teammates and improve how we handle setbacks and workplace challenges. But building self-confidence doesn’t happen overnight – it takes time and commitment.
