Infectious Disease Control: 12 Ways to Prepare Your Practice
NVA COMPASSION-FIRST · January 21st, 2022
As part of our effort to provide continuous improvement of functional support to our hospitals, we’ve launched a survey of NVA Compassion-First Support Center services.
We’re asking our hospital leaders to provide feedback on the support they’re receiving from the various departments, including Recruiting, Marketing, IT and Field Operations.
“We want a better understanding of how the hospitals perceive the support they receive today and where they see opportunities for improvement,” said Nate Mote, VP, Operations. “The only way to know this is to hear from our hospitals.”
The survey, which launched on Jan. 18, will be open until Feb. 11. Your feedback is important. Take the survey now. It should take about 10 minutes to complete.
We expect to share results with department leads and their broader teams in February or March, and key takeaways will be shared with hospital leaders in a future NVA Compassionate-First Updates newsletter. The survey will establish a baseline and help us understand how we can better serve our hospitals. We intend to repeat the survey twice a year and it will become part of a larger NVA enterprise survey.

We’re expanding training services available to our nursing teams and customer service representatives. See what’s coming.
We want to hear about all the great things you’re doing to develop your skills and advance veterinary medicine.
