TRAININGS

Journey’s End: Euthanasia Conversations and Pet Loss Bereavement
April 5 at 11 a.m. PDT
This training will help your team build confidence in finding the right words to say and provide “go-to” phrases for supporting the client before and after euthanasia.

What to Say When…Scripts a Manager Can Use for Delicate Conversations (IMS)
April 6 at 8 a.m. PDT
There are times as a manager when you know that a necessary conversation will be difficult. Sometimes you just need a structure for these conversations. Neuro Lecture with Dr. Glass
