We’re excited to announce that CSR Training Specialist Marie Vawter will join the Veterinary Nursing Development (VND) team to expand services to our nursing teams and customer service representatives.

Marie, who’s worked with us for seven years, will continue to deliver valuable content on customer service skills, support a pilot roll-out of new digital CSR onboarding content, and provide assistance with VetBloom.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to include and offer Marie’s valuable programs to veterinary technicians and assistants, as our client communication skills are equally as important as our patient care skills,” VND Program Director Janet McConnell said. “We will also promote the training and development of customer service representatives for professional recognition as a career or pathway to additional roles within the veterinary healthcare team.”
